I told my mom I was just going to go up and change into regular clothes really quick, since I'm still wearing my bathing suit, but maybe this was a bad idea.

He gives me that patented bad boy grin of his. "Nah, I bet I could make you change your mind."

"You probably could!" I say, exasperated. Then I laugh. "Ethan, we really can't, though. We... I don't know when we can again, but we can't right now. It's kind of weird, don't you think?"

"What, because of our parents being right downstairs?" he asks. "We did it before, Princess. What's the big deal?"

"Um... because my mom knows?"

"So it was cool when she didn't know, but now that she does know, we're never going to have sex again?"

"Ugh! Is that all I am to you, Ethan Colton? Some girl to have sex with?"

He grins again, clearly amused. "Nah. It's not just sex." Then, with a completely straight face, he adds, "I want to fuck that gorgeous perfect pussy of yours, too. That's different from sex. Real raw and primal, on a totally different level."

"Why am I even dating you?" I ask, rolling my eyes at him. "You're not very romantic. You're going to have to work on wooing me better if you want this to last. Also, what about making love? We can do that too now, you know? It doesn't always have to be—"

This was apparently a bad thing to say, because no sooner than I say it, while my back is turned and I'm picking out a cute shirt from my closet, Ethan comes up behind me. He puts his hands on my hips, pulling me towards him while stepping even closer to me, and he softly kisses my neck. I melt under his touch and his lips, my knees buckling.

He's really soft and sweet when he wants to be, which is the entire problem with all of this. He's just... everything. I don't even know how, but he's confident and cocky, but also sweet and nice. He's gentle and careful and considerate, but he also knows how to push my limits in a way that I enjoy.
